Q) We definitely want to book you! What’s the next step?
A) Awesome! I’m excited to work with you! To officially book, a non-refundable 33% retainer fee and a signed contract are required. As soon as those two things are in, you’re BOOKED! YAY!

Q) Can we make monthly payments?
A) Definitely! Let me know when you book that you’d like to set up a monthly payment plan and I’ll set something up!

Q) When is the remainder of our balance due?
A) The remainder of the balance is paid in two payments.  The 2nd payment is due up to 4 months before the wedding date and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date. Reminders will be sent out via email to help keep you on track. If your payment/s are late, a late fee will be charged, so mark it on your calendar!

Q) Can we pay our remaining balance after the wedding?
A) The only payments that can be made after the wedding are album payments.

Q) If we cancel the wedding, will we receive our retainer back?
A) Unfortunately, no.  Retainers are used to reserve your date.  Once I’ve reserved your date, I do not accept new clients for your date.

Q) If we change our wedding to a different date, will we be able to use our retainer towards a future date?
A) Yes. However, I must be available on the new date and if rates change from the your original date to your new date, the new rates will apply.

Q) If I pay for my package in cash will we be able to avoid paying sales tax or receive a discount?
A) Unfortunately, collecting in cash does not exempt a photography studio from paying Manitoba sales tax on the amount of the entire package price when a physical product is delivered, whether that product be an album or any other physical product.

Q) What method of payments do you accept?
A) I accept cash, cheque, Internet E-Transfer (if you use online banking) or paypal.
